Application Procedures

A streamlined, fully digital enrollment process designed to take you from applicant to official university student in just a few simple steps.

• Applications to the program are open to holders of a high school diploma from the current academic year 2026/2027 and the previous academic year 2025/2026, or its equivalent, provided all application requirements are met.

• The student's documents will be reviewed by the University's Student Affairs Department to determine the eligibility of each student for their chosen program.

• If the student's documents do not meet the announced requirements, their application will be canceled.

• A clear photocopy of the following documents must be attached to the application form. The original documents must be submitted after final acceptance to the University:

The program application file, obtained from the university, contains: (Program application form, declaration of document authenticity and acceptance of placement, medical history declaration, and student activity preference form).
  • Original and copy of birth certificate.
  • (8) passport-size photos (4x6 cm) with a white background, bearing the student's name.
  • Copy of the national ID card for Egyptian students.
  • Military service form (Form 2) for male students and form (6 or 7) for male students.
  • University nomination card.
  • Original receipts for payment of the required program fees.

  • Students nominated for admission will receive an email instructing them to submit their original certificates and admission requirements to the student affairs office of their nominated college.
  • Students who do not meet the minimum admission requirements will be notified of the rejection of their nomination as soon as possible.
